DIOGENES REYNA

Diogenes Reyna, consultant and Founding Partner PADOVA, Dominican Republic. He was born in San Francisco de Macoris, on 7 July 1965. He made his professional studies and graduated in civil engineering from the Catholic University Nordestana (UCNE) Study in 1991. Film production and management at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) in 1996 and made filmmaking courses in Guadalajara Mexico, and Nantes France, in 1997. He began working in the Dominican Government Engineer Supervisor, in 1999, Engineer Cost Analyst 2000-2004 Civil Assistant President of the Republic from 2004 to 2008. Organizer and Event Executive Director of global "International Renewable Energy Week 2008 RD", Assistant to the President of the National Commission of Energy for the 2008-2012 CNE, Infrastructure Engineer Supervisor at the Directorate General of Multilateral Cooperation (DIGECOOM ) 2013-2014. He founded and serves as president of the consulting company REYNA CONSULTING GROUP in 2011, and has worked in consultancy projects.
